This book has all the hallmarks of a classic Elfman score. He brings back the familiar Batman march for the sequel, but also invents two new themes: one for Penguin and the other for Catwoman. The order of the day was “operatic.” — more grand in scope than the original and more dramatic. Elfman certainly delivered! This score is over 400 pages of brilliant and nuanced orchestration, and whether you’re a veteran, or just starting out composing, there’s something to be learned in these pages for everyone.
410 pages, 9×12 inches. Paperbound, printed in U.S.A.

Wow! After receiving my copy of the “Batman Returns” score, I can’t put into words the newfound respect that I have for Danny Elfman and for Omni Music Publishing. Danny Elfman’s score here is incredible with all of its intricacies, complex orchestrations, and off-the-wall ideas. Omni’s presentation of this score is also extremely well-engraved and thorough. The inclusion of alternate cues and a cue-by-cue analysis really helps seal the deal here. I have nothing but praise here for Danny Elfman’s score and Omni Music Publishing’s quality presentation of it. Thank you for making this wonderful book available to us!

I recommend to everyone this masterpiece by Danny Elfman in full score (transposing instruments in concert picth).
The publisher did a great job by bringing the score directly from the original manuscript in a clear and detailed manner in this wonderful book (400 pages)!
