Omni Ordering Policies

1. If an item is purchased in mistake, please email info@omnimusicpublishing.com to cancel the order.

2. If an item has been shipped but you no longer desire it, or it was purchase by mistake, please email info@omnimusicpublishing.com to receive a return label. Simply print and affix the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest post office. Omni will reimburse you the cost of the book , less return postage.

3. If there are any problems with ordering, including technical issues, please email info@omnimusicpublishing.com

4. If you plan on ordering four or more titles, please email Tim at info@omnimusicpublishing.com for a 10% discount.

5. If you are a student, currently enrolled in a music program, or an educator, please email Tim at info@omnimusicpublishing.com for a 10% discount.

6. All shipping times are an estimate, not a guarantee. International customers should expect long than estimated shipping times.

7. If you are an international customer, and you choose USPS as the shipping method, please be aware that you cannot open a claim until the package is more than 30 days delinquent.
